Very poor, check they have done what you paid for. Daughter's i20 Serviced there over last few years. Log book never filled in. Cab Filter never changed . Just found the original Cabin filter sill in the car, black and filthy. Would not trust theses guys.

Excellent customer service. Had a battery replaced, which was done very quickly. Unfortunately, it did fail overnight. However, they sent someone out to our home with a new one and replaced it.

I have to give these guys 1 star. I usedto give them 5 star when Jack and John were there and took care of my Barina. I took my car for service few months ago and they told me they will give me the report as there was something wrong and had to add more coolant all the time. They said the guy will send me an email and asked for my email address. I then called and no report. Some time passed I started getting an engine light on and went in and the coolant was almost empty. The guy then said the previous guy left and they will find the record and send me the report as obviously there is something that needs to be fixed. Right now my engine light is on, I never received the report so I don't know what is wrong with it. Very disappointed because I felt like my car was taken care off with the previous guys but don't feel the same anymore.

Arrived unannounced with a flat tyre. The assistance I received was probably the best I’d had at a mechanics. The underlying problems were quickly identified and the most cost effective solution was found even though it took extra time, effort and organising. After this my vehicles immediate problems were rectified and also a wheel alignment completed all at short notice within a couple of hours to meet my daily schedule. The results of this will save me money and time in the future as well. Very happy customer!

I booked an appointment including fixing the broken cigarette lighter. The guys on the phone told me that they can do it. Then after almost 5 hours of waiting, when I picked up my car, the staff told me they don't have the knowledge to fix the cigarette lighter

Got engine oil low level indicating yesterday night saying top it up at earliest convenience, so worried about it as all shops closes, I googled nearby auto service and found My car tyre and auto has the great reputation and reviews so I called in the next morning. Jack and Aaron were so professional and let my issues cleared straight away even they got a busy morning. I am so happy for that as I am going to take my baby out and don’t want to take any risk for low level engine oil. Great staff, great and fast service. I recommend this place :D

Took my car in for a balance at 8.50am for a 9 am appointment. Was told there was about 2 cars ahead of me and my wait time was approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. They will call me when it's ready. After 1.5 hours of waiting, there was no calls from mycar. When I got there, I was told that it was not done yet!The excuse was one of their workers broke a tooth and called in sick. Now I am suppose to wait for another 30 mins at least! As I type this feedback, it's been another 10 minutes and my car has not been brought into the bay even though there was an empty bay when I arrived!

Had my car telling me low tyre pressure and am totally clueless when it comes to pumping up tyres! Popped into my car Tyre & Auto at Innaloo and the boys filled all 4 tyres, Re-set my computer and told me the front left was flat and possibly will go down again! No charge! $$ I know where I’ll be going back if it is flat! How kind! You don’t get anything free these days!
