I would never use any other service garage. ‘My Car’ Midland, services my old Mitsubishi Outlander every six months, there is never an ‘extra charge when they find something else to fix’ as almost all other service garages do. They have a very pleasant crew of mechanics and the supervisor ensures that the service is fast and efficient. I would give them more stars if I could, unfortunately the only maximum option is five.

Extremely impressed with the service I received today from the team of My car Midland.I got quoted $620 for rear brakes from another service company that told me it was super urgent that I get them done. When I dropped the car off today at Mycar Midland they checked them and said they are fine and no need to replace for another 18 month, I was so impressed. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience getting my car serviced today by Ryan. He was thorough and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done to my car, which I truly appreciated. He was also incredibly kind and patient with all the questions I had in regard to the things that need to be fixed. I will definitely be returning for all my car needs. If I could give more stars I would! Just as luck would have it, I found myself with a flat tyre today. I was within walking distance to the store and thought it was worth a shot to see if they could help. I can't explain how helpful the guys were!!! I always take my cars here, reliable service and amazing crew. One bad morning my cars battery was acting up on the day of her service. I jumped her but she only made it out the driveway before blocking the road. Pushed her off the road and ran down to MyCar, where I explained my situation to Albert. He lent me his own personal battery and my car made it to the shop.Awesome people, even better service!

The Team here are abosulte legends. They were able to find time to puncture repair my tyre and even went as far removing the spare tyre and putting it back when I was happy to do that for them. Will be taking my car here for its next service now if that's how the team look after customers.
