I pulled in here with no booking after driving over a screw around the corner. The staff member who helped me was so nice, stopped what he was doing to have a look, took the screw out and checked the tyre for leaks and fortunately it was all good! Helped me out free of charge. Very grateful, thanks so much!

Great team. Very understanding and communicative. Took us in late on a Saturday and helped us deal with issue after issue after going on some 4wd tracks. Excellent customer service. Definitely will be back here again.

Second time coming into MyCar East Perth for an emergency (nails in tyre) and staff handled my situation promptly and with care. I really appreciate how the staff communicate what's wrong with my car, what's needed to fix it, and what my options are in a way that's easy for me (who doesn't know anything about cars) to understand without feeling dumb for not knowing. I've actually changed who I get my Toyota Corrola serviced through because I feel like I can trust the staff here at MyCar. Thanks guys!
