Got two tyres today.... professional service and good value. Even on the cheap tyres you get Tyre Care Plan which is great.Plus while your waiting there's a lovely big shopping center to help pass the time. 10/10

When it comes to customer service the the at my car are on to it. Took my car here for multiple repairs and every time the communication is on point the price of the part are a bit expensive but it’s 2023 nothing is cheap nowadays. If your looking to get your car well looked after I would recommend them. Great job guys keep up the good work.

This is my first time I have delt with mycar, I was astounded by their employees service.Nothing was too hard, and made me feel to be an important customer. They did the job on time and on budget as quoted. They where $1000.00 cheaper than the local Nissan dealership quoted. That is not a typo yes $1000.00 cheaper. They did the job in 2 hours Nissan quoted it would take 6 hours. I will be back for all my future services and repairs.Thanks everyone.

Massive shout out to the team at mycar. I dealt with Trent who had awesome people skills, knew what he was on about, and had an impressive work ethic. He should be commended on his commitment to the job and service to customers. Trent went as far as finding a cancellation at another store so that I could get what I needed done on the day. Thoroughly impressed with his and the teams work.

Great service.Advised from the start by the lovely lady at the call centre how much it was going to cost and how long it would take.Advised when they opened and how long it was going to take and they even finished early.I was advised that I will need new brake pads soon and they were happy to book me in at to have the problem taken care of.Thanks guys it was a pleasure

Going to MyCar was great! The staff were so helpful and very friendly as well. They booked me in as soon as they could and finished the job exactly when they said they would. Definitely going back for any future repairs.

The wifes Hyudai i20 was misfiring they diagnosed it needed a new rocker cover gasket and charged us $300 and it didnt solve the problem weve just took it back and now he's saying it needs a new coil and spark plugs and quoted a staggering $945 !!! we didnt expect to pay anything when we took it back but they had the cheek to charge $39 just to tell us they hadnt fixed it ! no more business for them . they also quoted $240 just to change the spark plugs weve allready had qoutes all of which have been aroung $100 this is no way to run a business ripping of f thier cutomers we WONT be back
